The following terms and conditions apply between the registrant(s) as specified on the registration and ARSENAL ADVISORS, LLC.
The term ‘ARSENAL ADVISORS’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 9 Cornerstone Square, Westford, MA USA 01886.
By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Places are transferable without any charge. Cancellations before One month prior are fully refundable. If you cancel your registration after One month prior we will be obliged to charge the full fee and you will be issued a future credit to use on a future event. Please note- you must notify ARSENAL ADVISORS in writing of a cancellation, or we will be obliged to charge the full fee. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice. NB: FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE EVENT.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the agenda, format, speakers, location and any other aspect of the event without notice.
Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast and efficient please make sure full payment is received by ARSENAL ADVISORS,LLC prior to the conference date. If your full payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.
Only one discount at a time can be applied to your conference registration fee.
If you are using a discount code the discount will be deducted from the current online price of the ticket.
Your data will be used to create a delegate list (physical or digital) for the event containing ONLY your Name, Company & Job Title. This attendee list will be shared with event attendees. Direct contact details (e.g. email, telephone) will never be shared with event attendees.
Your data may be shared with third parties for providing services specific to your event attendance including, but not limited to: Registration Providers, Event App Providers, Networking providers. You will not receive marketing messages from these providers.
For events employing Exhibitor Lead Retrieval Services, your event credentials is linked to your Summit profile. Where you allow your Summit profile to be retrieved by a third party – Exhibitors, Sponsored workshops etc. – you consent to your details being shared with that third party who may contact you in the future. You have the option to unsubscribe from any of these email communications at any time.
